Tensio to look at and reuse.
Where we post, what the app actually looks like, and what you may take with you if you write about Tensio or make a video. Logo, colours, screenshots and ready-made boilerplate — all usable without asking.
Where we post
One, not five. Two people building an app on the side cannot keep four channels alive without all four looking dead. If a second one comes along, it will be listed here.
TikTok
@trytensioShort videos about what a goal feels like when it costs money: setting goals up, missed check-ins, what the app actually charges, and why some goals never make it into the catalogue.
What ran recently
Tap a tile and the post opens on TikTok.
The channel is new — this shelf fills up as it grows. To catch everything, follow it over there.
What the app really looks like
No staging, no invented numbers: these are screens from the running app. Free to use in articles, videos and posts without asking us.
Home screen
Running goals, the streak, today’s check-in.
Create a goal
One after another: goal, rhythm, duration, stake and beneficiary.
Statistics
Stake saved and donated, weekly summary, 14 achievements.
Appearance
Light, dark or system, plus four theme styles.
The same screens in German are on the German media page.
Logo, colours, copy
Everything you would normally have to request by email is here to take. A heads-up is nice, but not a condition.
Icon and wordmark
The icon shows a “T” above a waterline; below it the mark flips to the negative. The fill level is the picture for a stake that rises and falls. The wordmark is set plainly: Tensio, capital T, the rest lower case, never all caps and no full stop after it.
Brand colours
The same values as in the app, unchanged in light and dark mode alike.

The dark green is not a second brand tone but the stand-in for body
text on white: #0e9f6e only reaches 3.4:1 there and would
be too weak as a text colour.
Boilerplate to copy
Three lengths, all checked. Anyone using them unchanged says nothing the app does not do.
Tensio is an Android app in which you stake your own money on your own goals: miss the check-in and you pay — to a sports club or a charitable organisation.
Tensio is an Android app against postponed resolutions. You pick a goal, stake real money on it and check in daily. Miss the check-in and the stake is charged: 80% goes to one of 63 organisations, 20% stays with Tensio. Verification is automatic via Health Connect, usage data or location — goals the app cannot check itself do not exist.
Tensio is an Android app that backs good intentions with a stake instead of badges. You choose one of 42 ready-made goals across six categories, set the rhythm, duration and stake — at least €2.49 — and decide who gets the money if it goes wrong: an organisation you support, or a sports club you cannot stand. Missed check-ins are charged, 80% of the stake is passed on and 20% stays with Tensio. Verification runs automatically through Health Connect, the device’s usage data or your location at check-in; the data itself stays on the device. Up to five active goals are free, Tensio Plus costs €5.49 a month. What has actually been passed on is published on a transparency page.

Two requests
That is all there is. There is no approval to obtain and no clearance to wait for.
Go ahead, no need to ask
- Icon, screenshots and boilerplate in articles, videos and posts
- Crop it, scale it down, put it in a collage
- Quote anything that stands on this website
Please don’t
- Stretch the icon, recolour it, or build it into another logo
- Recreate screenshots with invented numbers
- Present Tensio as a partner or sponsor when it isn’t
If you post about Tensio yourself
There is a programme for that. In short: you get your own code, your audience gets jokers rather than a discount, and your commission comes out of our share — never out of the money that goes to the organisations.
- No minimum audience. If you post regularly, you can ask.
- The code gives jokers, not a discount. Google sets the subscription price, not us.
- Commission matures over five weeks — as long as a refund remains possible.
Missing something?
A screenshot at another resolution, a quote, a number to check: just ask. There are two of us, but we answer ourselves.
